Dave has been living in Sandpoint since 1988, and spent 20 years working at the ski resort as their Mountain Services Director. As people in the area were buying vacation homes, Dave noticed that there was a need for home owners who wanted their homes to be looked after and maintained in the off season, and HomeCheck Northwest was created.

Eight years later, HomeCheck Northwest is still owned and operated by Dave, and his clients love his personal touch and the security they feel knowing their home is in good hands. In his spare time, Dave can be found skiing, hiking and biking in north Idaho.
